Atlantic City Air Show 2010 – The celebration wasopened for the first Air Force Week of 2010 in New York City last Tuesday that started with the outstanding six plane flyover of aircraft carrier intrepid by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds Aerial demonstration team. It was New York first time to hold the Air Force Week that scheduled starting August 24th that will end up on August 29th, the event will showcase special Air Force Nights that will be assisted by the Brooklyn Cyclones, New York Mets, and Stalen Island Yankees. The event highlights are the Hudson River Flyover and the Atlantic City Airshow “Thunder Over the Boardwalk”, which considered as one of the best air shows in the country.
Atlantic City Air show 2010 recognizes brave Airmen on whom some veteran Air Force will share their stories and experiences. This celebration will also a one way to thank the people of New York City for their undying support to the Air Force command.
“It’s an honor to recognize the contributions and sacrifices that the men and women of the United States Air Force have made since its inception in the defense of America and its allies around the world,” said Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly.
The Atlantic City Air show “Thunder Bird over the Bordwalk” will showcase the following formation flying and solo routine by military and civilian pilots.

In 2006 the first ever Air Force Weeks were established to provide information on what is the U.S. Air Force mission and to recognized its vital part of the countries security.
