Lisa Murkowski:Moderate Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski is trailing in the Senate, Alaska’s primary – although the final results will probably not be known for weeks. Lisa Murkowski, who was regarded Shu against Sarah Palin supported a rival Joe Miller, is behind by about 2,500 votes with 84% of precincts reporting.
If Lisa Murkowski falls, it will be the third current senator to lose in this year – after the Republican Bob Bennett, Republican and Democrat, was Arlen Specter.
